You are never billed for our services, and we never take a percentage of your settlement or recovery.

Providers and attorneys in our network are independent professionals. We coordinate care but do not control or direct their professional judgment. Participation in our network does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation. You are free to choose any provider or attorney.

Accident Care Group does not guarantee any specific outcome for your case, including but not limited to medical recovery, insurance claim results, or legal settlement amounts. Every case is unique and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Accident Care Group handles personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA. Information collected through our intake forms is used solely for the purpose of coordinating your care. We do not sell or share your information with non-affiliated third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
